Here’s what I’ll send, and what I won’t.
What you’ll get: short updates when Florida ADU law changes, new county and city guides as I add them, deep-dive pieces on costs, financing, builders, and approvals, and one email when a bill actually gets signed. Not every time one gets filed.
What you won’t get: daily or weekly “content” emails, affiliate dumps, or anyone else’s mailing list. I don’t sell or share your address.
While you wait for the next one, here are three good places to start:

If you hit a specific snag on your project (a setback question, a utility hookup, a county office that won’t return your calls), reply to any email. I read everything, and sometimes the answer turns into a site page.
